Our program offers any Napa County resident or worker the ability to learn about disaster preparedness and response that'll assist the family unit, neighborhood or business operator during the first 72 hours after an earthquake, flood or major fire. This opportunity is free of charge and will allow the student to interface with Napa county emergency workers and network with other citizens before a natural or man-made disaster occurs. We offer this opportunity in an academy-style format at various locations through the county, several times throughout the calendar year free-of-charge.
