The instructional staff of the Napa Valley C.E.R.T. Program is made up of 7 core individuals who provide instruction & administrative duties to the citizens & workers of the Napa Valley. The individuals represent 5 emergency response agencies throughout Napa County who've formed a Joint-Powers Agreement to provide this unique program to the masses.
