| As part of the graduation process of the basic academy, all students are requested to voluntarily provide their contact information so they can be contacted in the future regarding Sustainment training opportunities. The CERT Instructional Cadre maintains a database of all graduate students. Should your contact info have changed since your basic academy, please e-mail Firefighter Mike McClure or call at (707) 642-2747 to provide him with your new information. Please provide your full name, home address including city and zip code, home telephone number and e-mail address (if applicable). When the information has been received and entered into the database, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail or letter via ground mail of the change. |
